If your irrigation system wont shut off even after you turned off the irrigation timer you will need to turn off the water supply to the system.
Most likely you will find one of these two valves located in the front yard at the main water supply (usually this is the same location where you would attach a garden hose.) If you have valve number one simply turn either one of the two valves perpendicular to the pipe to shut off water. If you have valve number two simply tighten the "cross" clockwise until it's snug. (Remember turn to the right to tighten and turn to the left to loosen.)
After closing the valve you have successfully shut off the water to the irrigation system. This will not disrupt the water supply to you home. Now all you have to do is call us at (714) 651-9348 to fix your problem. Repairs are guaranteed.
